Knitting is happening

All my sewing projects are stalled waiting for a delivery of fabric or zippers, or for me to go buy vinyl, and I so do not want to start a new project to add to the mix. We also had Brat-dog, I mean Grand-dog, for the weekend, which yields little sewing. Then add in an Sunday overnight run to the ER with Hubster, trying to pass a kidney stone, which meant Monday was spent catching up on sleep and running for meds and such.  So I have focused on knitting right now.

Twisted Garter Discloth/Afghan Square is done. I love it! Quick and simple, but so much texture!

Indigo Frost has seen lots of knitting. I am working to the 24”-25” depth before I can commence with the bottom ribbing. Only 3” to go! And who knows, with our wacky temps, I might be able to wear it once if I can get it done this week!

Snowdrops quickly melting on my windshield

So, what’s on your needles? Today my needles will still be in Indigo Frost, when I get a chance to knit. I am taking Jeep Girl on a visit to a school in Ohio to meet with the science department. I am sure I will have some down time while she is visiting.

Oh no, I hope your husband is feeling much better! I love those projects where you can keep your hands busy, but it doesn’t require a lot of thinking. Your knitting is looking great!

Sometimes you need a quick easy project like a dishcloth!

I’m finally on the toe on Dave’s sock, so my goal today is to finish it off and get something more fun on the needles!

Oooh, that’s painful – so my son told me last year before he had surgery. He’s very careful now! The Indigo yarn sounds beautiful!

Yes, it seems to be painful, I thankfully have never been through it. But surgery is set for Friday, so he will find relief soon I hope! Thanks.

I love your twisted garter square! It holds a lot of texture, which is perfect for a dishcloth! I love finding time to knit as it is a great on the go project.
