Wow! You’ve been busy! I agree with NothingButKnit- yarn bought as a souvenir shouldn’t count against you. So this year you are keeping track of how much you spend rather than how many skeins you are up or down? I love these posts, but realize I have missed a few:(

Hi Chris! Lots of goodness in reporting your stats this week. All of those finishes help balance out the purchases! I’ve been trying to figure out how to report my 15 minutes of stitching time . . . and if I should keep doing it, because I forget to log it. ~smile~ Roseanne

Thanks! I think it’s helping me to be diligent in stitching. I am not tracking time per se, I am tracking any day spent doing handwork of any sort. That’s why my stats show 7/7 or 26/26. Knitting, sewing, and quilting counted. I am bad at tracking how much time I spend, but I know that if I do any handwork, it’s for longer than 15 minutes. Hope that helps you! >

So Much Yarn, wow, I’ve not been there in absolutely ages, and it used to be one of my favorite places. Hope you get to some of the other good shops around our town, too. Happy Sunday!

I rented a car and drove to Snoqualmie Falls, got to stop at The Nifty Knitter in Issaquah. I also stopped in at a quilt shop in Redmond. And now I am sight-seeing and shopped out! I can’t wait to go home tomorrow. > >

Yay! I can see your posts once again! Something has been going wrong the last few weeks and I kept getting a ‘this post has been removed’ message every time I clicked on the link to read our posts. Anyway….. Love the hats, specially the black & yellow. Your yellow is SO much better than the yellow I used for a school colors Christmas gift hat.

    • chrisknits says:

Thank you. I am sorry you weren’t getting through. I don’t know if there was something I did? I thought my yellow might be too soft, considering it was for a guy, but he likes it, so it must have passed muster! > >

Congrats on managing your 15 minutes even while traveling last week. That’s always the hard part for me, stitching while on the road. Congrats on being able to check off so many items on your “to do” list.

Cat got your tongue?
