Last week:
- Gather supplies for Weeks Ringle stash class on Tuesday √
- Find background fabric for Fox and Geese (Nope) and Berry Cherry (√)
- Cast on Kindling Season Baby version √
- Try to finish Maenporth, so close, just 25 yards left!
This week:
- Finish Maenporth, see above
- Piece Berry Cherry-fabric cut
- Work on Baby Kindling Season
- 1 more Afghan Square!!
- Take quilt top, back, and batting to friend to quilt my charity quilt.
One thing not on the list, but definitely a line item this week was putting our bonus room bedroom back together with new sleigh bed, box spring, and bedding. We got a new Stearns and Foster set but put the mattress on our bed with old box springs and the new box springs with old mattress up stairs. The new box set has black fabric which matches the new bed. The bedding is a slight blue gray. With black furniture and white window treatments, I wanted to keep it simple. I kept looking at plum bedding, but just didn’t want to go that dark in the end. Now, to keep all visiting dogs out of the bonus room is the next step.
Rue D’ Osage bed runner at the end. Now to find night stands.

Hi Chris! You rocked last week’s list. Your guest bed looks so inviting – I’m sure the dogs will think that is just for them. After all, they are guests right?!! I love dogs. ~smile~ Roseanne
As long as they understand it’s a bedroom, not a bathroom!! LOL > >
Keeping the pets out of a clean new room requires much diligence!
The room is really shaping up!
Thanks, now to put the artwork on the walls. They’ve only been propped up against the walls for 2 years now! > >
Is that not a bedroom for your dogs or their guests??
LOL! The visiting dogs thought it was a bathroom! Grr. The bed was christened the first night by a friend, it didn’t fall apart, so I guess it works! > >
The bed runner looks perfect there!
Thanks, it’s the table runner that wasn’t! LOL > >
Your bonus room bedroom looks great! The bed runner looks wonderful there 🙂
It still needs to be filled out and decorated. Cheap side tables should do the trick! > >
Great work on your lists! And that bed runner is amazing!
Thanks!

Love your bed runner. I hope you succeed in re-educating the dogs to keep your bonus room lovely.
Thanks, I made it for my table but it was too big! LOL > >
