In: 2 skeins of yarn for future projects. We stopped in Abilene, KS for lunch and there just happened to be a yarn shop AND a quilt shop next to each other. Who knew? The black for BioGirl’s BF’s sister, who attends Purdue. The  Sweet Georgia Touch Sock in Mulberry for a Star Shower like cowl for the new friend, in Colorado, who taught me to throw pottery!!!

Out: 2 skeins, 1 to finish up a baby sweater and 1 for the cowl I knit for my Colorado hostess.

  1. You are making good progress on your list of 13! The in and out of the yarn just means you swapped old yarn for new. LOL I do that with fabric sometimes. =) Beautiful ins on the fabric, too.

  2. Another great week of fitting in some stitching time. I love that mulberry colored yarn, very pretty. The quilt shop in Colorado had yarn as well as quilting fabric. I love the rich colors of yarn. The SIT said I could learn to knit, My Guy said, ‘No your mother doesn’t need another stash of anything!” Hope this week has been as good on the stitching front. Sorry to be so late in my replies, being out of meant this was a catch up week.
