6/7 Week
246/257 YTD

Missed a day because of this wonderful event! The puppers came to visit while their house was out of AC and Diva stayed at our house to watch our dogs while we were gone. Friday was lost to loving on pups and traveling to the water ski tournament. And I don’t mind one bit!!!

BioGirl had her best run ever! She cleared all 6 balls, but went down on her 2nd run. She finished her trick run with no falling! I think she placed 11th in Slalom and 14th in trick. Thankfully we had to leave Saturday night and won’t be there today to watch her do the SKI JUMP!!! She told me she wouldn’t jump! And then she went and did it last weekend, practiced it Tuesday, and now is doing it again. I will just watch the video after I know she made it.

A knitter, sewist, quilter, mom, wife, and doodle lover!, but not necessarily in that order. Just ask my family, they'll tell you who comes first. Psst, it's the doodles!

    1. For 12 hours I was ahead, and then, JoAnns happened. I had a friend put in an order for some pouches, so off to get stabilizer and fabric! Oh well, this is a paying job so I will recoup the costs, just need to use up all of that yardage! Thanks > >

    1. I spent more time trying to keep 4 other dogs from meeting the puppies. My 2 and my sister’s 2, all males!! Oh boy, glad I will be back to 2 dogs after tonight!! Thanks > >

    1. Thanks! Yes they do! Like when the other daughter joined the swimming team but didn’t swim, OK, so it was the dive team she was joining, only she didn’t dive either!! What else does a high schooler do their senior year? So she did and was pretty good at it for never having dove face first into water. It was the cheerleading and stunts that helped her with the dives, but she still didn’t like going face first. > >

  1. Hopefully Biogirl did well on the jump. It’s scary when the kiddos decide to be daring, all you can do is not watch sometimes. A busy week, but you still got in some excellent stitching time. Hope this week is as good or better.
