In: Nothing! Again!! Is it because I am staying away from shops, yes, but there have been many close calls with online carts filled and then emptied. LOL!
Out: A bit went out due to backs and bindings! And fabric practice for quilting feathers. Yay me!
FOs: A table runner for my sweet friends in Minnesota/Colorado, full reveal on Monday
Slow stitching today is knitting on the baby sweater. It’s moving along, but I still need 2 more baby items, so work work work!

Out: Knit happened!!! I finished blocking the shawl, but it just isn’t working, so I plan to take out the last few rows and redo the bind off and seam up the bottom edge a bit to make it into a cowl. Baby sweater knitting happened too!
Last night we were able to celebrate ScientistGirl’s BFF’s March wedding. It was a virus cancellation of the reception so they just delayed it until last night. SG couldn’t be there as she was at another BFF’s wedding in a different city. So we represented her and even got to “sit” with her. LOL The venue was awesome, an old bank that still had the vault door.

Nice summary! It is nice to see the sweater coming along for baby! Glad you have a plan B for the shawl-though it looks nice from here! lol
Thanks! The edge is too tight and curling. Knew I should have just done my normal bind off.

You’ve been busy on multiple fronts.Sorry the shaw isn’t working out, it’s so pretty. Unfortunately, I’ve been sucked in by on line fabric bargains, so you did really well to just empty those carts. Have a good stitchy week.
Thanks. I was surprised at my self restraint!

Your feathers look good!
They’re not as balanced as I wish. Thanks!
Looking forward to the tablerunner reveal! You know I love tablerunners. 🙂 The sweater is looking great, too – looks like you’ve been knitting up a storm!
LOL! Me too, Table Runner Queens are we?

Lovely baby sweater!

Wow Chris! Look at all those check marks. You honestly have quite the list for the month! I only do mine weekly lately, but I used to do them monthly.
I am glad to hear the wedding worked out. An old bank sounds like a beautiful venue!
I thought it was cute to read that you filled up some online carts and then deleted them. Quilt shopping online is fun, and I do it because I don’t live near a fabric store; however, in person shopping is my favorite!
Love the way you quilted the border on the table runner!
I tend to over commit myself!! LOL thanks

Oh Chris! That shawl loos so pretty! The yarn and pattern work so well together! Your feather quilting is lovely as is the baby sweater!
Thank you! But those feathers still need practice!!
>
I think that shawl is beautiful. What are you seeing wrong with it? I love it!
The cast off is too tight and it curls up. The ends don’t lay flat, they spiral. So I will rip it back and stop the increases and finish it as a cowl like my Current pattern.

You are rocking your goals this month! And look at you not buying any fabric this week! Although you do wonderful things with your fabric, so really it’s not so bad to bring it on in 🙂
Hey! Don’t give me permission to buy!!! 😂😂 Thanks
