In: Nothing? Well, I ordered a ruler, but it’s not here yet.

Out: Basically nothing. I had to cut a piece for the Footnote project, but at 4.5″x5″ it doesn’t really register. LOL! But I have gotten a lot of Footnote Blocks made!

A lot more progress in this area! Finished the Ledge Runner for my sister, displayed on my upstairs ledge. And then I loaded a charity quilt, made by a guild friend, on Gigi and zipped through it. I need to work on my alignment because this went a little wonky and the panto design overlapped. Oh well, it’s a learning curve.

I am hoping to get to work on the afghan for my Great Nephew. It’s going to be easier now that I found the partially finished blanket and the extra squares. Just waiting for the yarn I need to arrive. See, I forgot why it wasn’t finished, after taking it out I realized I planned to make it larger and ran out of yarn before I got 1 more block made and the rest of the blocks sewn together.

  1. Mastering a new toy takes time, and in my opinion your friend’s quilt is beautifully quilted. Congratulations for not adding anything into your stash (yet) ;))
Thank you for linking up today 😉

  2. Love all the patterns in your Great Nephew’s blanket. The ledge runner looks fabulous. I rather love it on your bannister.

  3. Yippee! You found the afghan squares. That’s more than half the battle. Now there is definitely hope for getting it finish this century . . . okay, in April. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne

    1. I am considering a larger, traditional frame, just not sure I want a 10’ or if an 8’ would suffice. I don’t generally make large quilts, but if I had a 10’ would I? Things to ponder. Thanks! > >
