Fabric Out: -11.76 yards
Net Fabric: -11.76 yards
Fabric YTD: +42.23 yards

In: Nothing! Well, no fabric, but I did buy a pattern called Spruce Lane and a Panto of pumpkins

Out: A back for my Fox and Geese, that used up a ton! Sashing and setting triangles not shown for the purple blocks. A Pumpkin Stack! A Spooky Runner for Halloween from the leftovers, with a pieced back. A little appliqué project that was a definite Squirrel!!! And the start of a Spooky Placemat!

For those eagle eyed quilters, look at my Fox and Geese and see if you can find the boo-boo!! I am lucky that I can take it off the frame without much effort to turn that block around, but may weigh how much it actually bothers me.

In: Nothing!

Out: More knitting on the dress, but it doesn’t look a lot different. In home news we are entering another family crisis, I can’t explain, but our hearts are heavy for a relative. We have no clue when things will resolve, so we are just holding on. Diva and baby are not the issue, although she has been referred to a Maternal Fetal Medicine group that specializes in high risk pregnancies. I am able to go with them to their consultation on Tuesday.

  1. I guess I don’t have an eagle eye because I don’t see the boo-boo. That pattern is gorgeous! I’ve favorited it on Etsy. I love that pumpkin panto.
I’m praying for you and your family as well as for Diva and the baby. Good luck at the consultation on Tuesday!

  2. I love how you turned the leftovers from the pumpkin stack into a tablerunner and then into a placemat! So cute and festive! Sending all my best to your family this week, Chris.

    1. Thanks Diann. The placemat will need some additional fabric, it’s only a 6×9 center. So I will grab some black to border it and then finish it with a black and white strip. Maybe? Thank you, we are in a stressful time right now. > >

  3. Nice quilt! Your small “error” makes it unique. Hope all turns out well for your family. That sounds very stressful. Sending hugs your way!

    1. Thank you, I am not convince I am taking it out or not. I am ambivalent about it. LOL. Thanks, it’s a stressful time for some family members, and we feel very helpless. > >

  4. The mistake took me a long time to find! Humility blocks are all the rage! lol
sorry for the additional family stress….
It will be good to hear from the specialist for daughter!
