Out: Very little fabric, but major achievements!!! Baby Dresden is set for fans and Picnic is done!!! Now to get Wedding done before July 7th. It’s been a light week due to events, fun, and Squish! The best kind of distractions to have. Friday Squish didn’t come and you would think I sewed all day. But no, I spent the day rearranging my studio to determine where I would put a 10′ frame for Gigi, cause Hubster said I can trade in my little frame for a big one!!! I destashed a bit of fabric and cut up scraps for my 2″, 2.5″, and 3″ box. Moved my pressing station and screwed a power surge strip to my trimming/design table. And organized my Fat Quarter baskets because they were all messed up!

Stevie Nicks concert, sewing with friends, hanging with Squish, playing Whiffle Ball!!
I am suspending the Knitting Stats until I actually knit something! LOL.
Did you find a space for the 10′ frame? I think there is nothing more fun than rearranging and organizing my sewing room! Thanks for the Squish photo. 🙂
I have 3 walls it can go on, but one would make it tight entering the room. It’s probably going to be on the wall it currently is on, but I freed up space around it. Thanks

Good luck with the new frame! I would have done the same. I have a 6′ frame and probably could do a 10′ but I would need to take over another room to sew in…not ideal. Hope you get to the wedding quilt this week!
He keeps bugging me to order it now, but I have a wedding in 2 weeks and vacation after that. I don’t think my brain can take any more until August! LOL. Wedding quilt is started, and it’s simple point to point quilting, although there are a few curves. > >
Maybe ordering it is good so you know it is ready when you need it? Don’t know if there are any darn supply chain issues.
That Baby Dresden is so beautiful! Your Picnic quilt came out fantastic! You certainly got quite a bit of organizing done! Have fun with Squish!
Thank you Mia! I need to decide how I’m quilting it now.

Sounds like a productive week!
It was!

Oh, how exciting to get a new frame! The reorganization sounds like a good job done!
I still need to move my comfy chair, not sure where it’s going!

Lovely projects and lovely family and activity pictures 🙂
Thanks! It was a great week.
