In: Fabric Remnant and Pillow Cover. The cover is perfect for a quilt block or appliqué design.

Out: Faded Star 2022 Challenge and Dresden Baby Quilt. Another quilt as I go and make it up as I quilt project. LOL And a pillow for my rocker was finished, but I will save that for Friday in case I don’t get the baby quilt finished by then. I am almost halfway done quilting on it, so it shouldn’t be a problem to finish before Friday.

Squish was having fun with G-eep the other night.

In other news, we hit the concert venue again, this time I went for Foreigner, and then had to sit through Kid Rock. Now, I will say, KR was a great show, if you ignored the incessant swearing. But Foreigner was a hard act to follow for me since I lived through the era of their music. They were the opener so they didn’t play their full set, bummer! But I still knew every song they played. Next concert is Evanescence, coming with Korn. I am going for Evanescence and likely leaving after that. LOL
Your Faded Star is so lovely – especially with that pop of color! What fun the baby will have crawling on their Dresden quilt and exploring the design!
Thanks Mia. And what a perfect idea, bsby exploring those Dresdens.

I love your faded star and the dresden quilt. Do you have a HQ 16? I was looking at the picture and noticed it. I have one and love it.
Thank you, I have an Amara on a Little Foot, but upgrading my frame to a 12’!!

Great projects, but Dresden baby is still my favourite.
Squish is getting so big!!!!!
Yes, Foreigner is pretty awesome (and awesome that they are still touring), but Kid Rock is great to me (swearing and all). I do agree though, if you’re not a fan of Kid Rock, Korn will not be to your liking. They are one of my fav bands though.
I didn’t min Kid Rock, he def puts on an awesome show! Squish is 9 months this week!! 😳 I am loving the quilting on Baby D!!! Can’t wait to share on Friday.

What beautiful quilts!! The concerts sound like fun. Our local end of summer festival has a couple of evenings of concerts scheduled, and I’m hoping that I’m able to walk better with my cane by then so I can go to at least one of the concerts.
Thanks Sara. Prayers you are able to get out to see live music, it really is a great way to spend a summer evening.

Dresden baby quilt is pretty amazing, too!
Thanks! I am having fun with quilting this one!
