In: A pattern for SG to use to make a baby romper. She is making All The Things! I’m so proud of her. I ordered some Pearl head pins to use on my new frame. Dropped in to a local quilt shop, I was good and only picked up 3.5 yards. I also got yellow By Annie fold-over elastic for my bag making stash.
Out: I passed 100 yards used this week, but I’ve purchased almost 140 yards. LOL! Diva’s case was finished and a bonus Call Me pouch was made from leftovers. HSTs were sewn into a table mat flimsy. Moo got stitching lines. A remnant of home dec became an XS Clam Up pouch and some linen for a large. The last quilt done on my Little Foot frame was this panel for a friend. I finally got Farm Charm Baby going, no photos yet.
After starting the frame, Hubster had a work emergency from Thursday to Saturday, so my room was a mess, I finally set up my travel machine downstairs and got to work on charity pillowcases, a charity HST top, made more Spool Blocks, and the BOM for Monday’s meeting. It’s huge! 24″. I might know what I will be using for the next Round Robin. Only, smaller.

We started setting up the frame on Wednesday, yippee! I’m glad I ordered the 10′ frame, because though the 12′ would fit, it would have been difficult getting around. Hard to sew when your stuff is crammed on one side of the room! Which is why I went downstairs. LOL

You can see the difference between the new and old frame. I also set the new frame higher to try and save my neck! Because of the size I decided to set up in the middle of the room, that way I can put things on the back wall and still have clearance all around. Wow, my walls are so bare! I need to get my quilts up to soften the look.
That romper pattern is adorable. Your new frame looks great with your Amara! Will you still use your quilt-from-the-back? Is that a Janome sewing machine I see? Can you tell I love seeing other folks’ sewing rooms? 😉
I have it set up in the middle so I can access both sides, best layout I can imagine! Yes, it’s a MC 8200. I love it!
Congrats on the new frame! Happy stitching.
Thanks! Just a few adjustments and I am ready.
Your projects are all so amazing. I particularly like the bags you make.
Thank you Laura. I do enjoy making them!
Great projects! I love the new case, and the small pouch for the wonder clips. The new frame looks great, you are going to have a lot of fun ;))
Thank you for sharing, and linking up!
Thank you Frédérique! The case was a great experience in furthering my bag making skills.

Your new frame looks great, and so do your new stash enhancements!
I love the combo of fabrics, even if they all weren’t bought to go together! I must be in a color phase. LOL

They do!
Have fun with your new frame! My head spins just thinking about all your projects. Not sure how you keep them straight.
LOL! It makes my head spin too. Bwahahaha!! Thank you!

OMG! I Love the ABC quilt!
It’s a cute for sure!
Oh lucky you! Mom would kill for the 10′ frame, but she doesn’t have room for it. We make do with the smaller one, but a bigger one would definitely be awesome!
I really wanted a 12’, but there’s no way I could make it work. It would have been up against a wall on one end just to move behind it.
Oh, wow! What projects will be first on the frame>?! I’m so happy for you!
If we don’t get a free moment to finish set up Nothing will get done! Work emergency.
Your new frame looks fabulous. So funny you went downstairs to quilt. I love the little bonus pouches you made, too. Good luck getting your sewing room back in order.
I fear it may be a few more days. 😩 Hubster had a work emergency that is now on day 5 going on day 6! He’s been home a total of 36 hours in that time.
