In: Remnant and yardage and thread, the ornament blanks are for this png a friend is going to print out for me. The ornaments will have Squish’s name and the year. The red yardage was bought for backing a charity quilt and when I picked it up I got a gift from the shop owner. I entered a project in her Challenge and this was my prize. A 12 count charm pack, likely a company handout. I love it. So not something I would pick up myself but now my mind is buzzing with ideas of how to use it. Each piece is so unique. I actually had the black and cream print in a FQ I used on Diva’s Case.

Out: Pieced back and binding for Farm Charm, backing made for a pieced runner made with a remnant package I bought at guild. 2 Woven Star BOM blocks for guild, and backing/binding for a charity quilt, which I will finish binding today. I just ran out of steam!

Recently we lost a dining room rug to a dog’s rear end explosion. Gladly, I was not around to experience it. But Hubster decided it was too far gone to save, so we moved the living room rug into the dining area and I got a new one for the living room. The walls in the living area are gold toned, so this rug is perfect! And now to get that dining area wood floor cleaned. You can see where the back door is by the dogs’ dirty feet stains.

  1. Hi Chris! The rug switch worked out perfectly. What a comfy looking couch and Squish doesn’t care what rug hosts all of her toys! I love the Christmas trees on your pillow and that quilting design is perfect-o as well. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
